Return eligibility

For hygiene and safety, intimate products may be returned only if unopened and in their original packaging. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization before sending anything back. We cannot accept unsolicited returns.

How to request a return

Email info@yourfemme.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will reply with next steps and the applicable return instructions. Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds

After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears on your statement.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact info@yourfemme.com as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue and provide instructions. We will work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Order cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel. We will try to stop an order that has not entered fulfillment; cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment has begun.
