Orders placed over the weekend or holiday will begin processing the following business day.

YOURFEMME IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES AFTER BEING DEEMED DELIVERED BY THE MAIL CARRIER.

 

I ordered multiple items but I only received tracking for 1 item:

Please note if you ordered multiple items, your items may ship from different fulfillment centers. This may result in multiple tracking numbers provided for your order, causing some items to arrive sooner or later than others. Multiple tracking numbers will result in multiple emails with corresponding tracking numbers.

 

International Shipping to Canada & *Puerto Rico: 

YourFemme is not responsible for any duties, customs, or taxes for orders shipped outside the United States. 

YourFemme does not have control over Customs. If your package is stuck in transit, please wait up to 14 business days to request an investigation.

Return labels are not available for international orders. Customers are responsible for returning items for reimbursement.

*Shipping to Puerto Rico is considered International as per mail carriers.

In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken  upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully  reimbursed. *Claims for packages marked “delivered” must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from  the date the package was marked “delivered.” Claims for packages presumed to be lost  (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and  within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
