How will the charge appear on my billing statement?

What is Quad Pay and how does it work?

QuadPay allows you to pay for your purchase over time with zero interest. QuadPay will split the purchase amount into 4 interest-free payments, spread over 6 weeks. You may choose this payment option at checkout.

Can I cancel my order after it’s been processed?

Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. You may refuse the package upon delivery if you’d like to return it. After receiving your returned package, we will issue a refund and notify you via the email address we have on file.

  • I opted for express shipping but my order did not arrive on time
  • I want to cancel my order altogether
  • I accidentally ordered multiples of the same product
  • I realized I own a similar product

If so, please visit our Customer Service Center to submit a claim.

My item is defective
  • All damaged items must be reported within the first 30 days of receiving the product. We will gladly issue a replacement of the same item or store credit in the form of an Gift Card.
  • If you’d like to report a damaged item after the first 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.
  • For defective or damaged products, please contact us directly.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the replacement order process to be completed.
